We brought in our network of make ready vendors. Work included Interior Painting, replacing torn/worn out sheet vinyl with Textured Vinyl Planks for a more modern look and performed all of the delayed maintenance.
Once the home was ready for showings, we listed it and syndicated our advertising network. The home rented with 1 Day on the Market for $100 more than the previous tenant.
